sorry sorry-let's K-POP

Super Junior  is a popular South Korean idol group. Formed in 2005 by producer Lee Soo-man of SM Entertainment, the group comprised a total of thirteen members at its peak. Super Junior originally debuted with twelve members, consisting of leader Leeteuk, Heechul, Han Geng, Yesung, Kangin, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Siwon, Donghae, Ryeowook and Kibum. Kyuhyun joined the group in 2006.
Know as "Kings of the Hallyu Wave", Super Junior launched into international recognition following the release of their best-selling single "Sorry, Sorry" in 2009, the title song of their most critically successful album Sorry, Sorry  and was the best-selling K-pop artist for three years in a row. During that time, we can hear this "sorry sorry" around the world. The black-white and lomo style created a K-POP which belongs to SJ. What is more, their following albums-"Bonamana", "Mr. Simple" and "Sexy, Free & Single" are still popular.

Over the years, they have been divided into smaller subgroups, simultaneously targeting different music industries and audiences. Largely due to Super Junior's success as entertainers, other Korean entertainment managements began to train their music groups in other areas of entertainment, such as acting and hosting. In addition to their commercial success, Super Junior has earned fourteen music awards from the Mnet Asian Music Awards, thirteen from the Golden Disk Awards, and is the second singing group to win Favorite Artist Korea at the 2008 MTV Asia Awards after JTL in 2003. In 2012 they were nominated for "Best Asian Act" in MTV Europe Music Awards showing one more time their popularity around world.

HOT-The beginning of K-POP

H.O.T.  was a popular five-member South Korean boy band in the mid to late 1990s. They were formed by SM Entertainment in 1996 and disbanded in 2001. Often credited as the forerunners of the "idol group" trend in the Korean music industry[, H.O.T. successfully turned mainstream Korean music into music for the younger generation. Made up of five teenagers at the time of their debut, they were formed to specifically target teenagers, hence their name "High-five Of Teenagers".

SM Entertainment created many K-POP stars (Dong Bang Shin Ki , super junior and Girls' Generation), but H.O.T is the first "idol group" in K-POP. They changed the traditional view of band, every tream member has own style which attract more fans.

They made the foundation of K-POP idol group, such as the position setting, dance style and interaction with fans. Their dance, dress style and hair style influenced huge number of teenagers about 12 years ago. At that time, K-POP is belong to H.O.T.

"Beat It" and Michael Jackson

"Beat It" is a song written and performed by American recording artist Michael Jackson. Actually, this song is older than me, haha.......Thanks to MJ, he brought many music like "beat it". It changed my view about pop music and dance once I watch this MV, and I was 6 at that time. In other words, "beat it" shows me a new world of music, and it helps me touch pop music culture.

MJ also affected a large number of people to dance, whatever, he is the father or leader of pop music during his life, and even it is not long enough. Most of current dancers around the world started to dance because of the music of Michael Jackson, and their dream were dancing like Michael. Nowaday, Michael's music are still popular in street dances for old school dance style. Thus , it is a story about how culture make life longer.
